Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made directly through Sword Bilişim unless a separate written enterprise agreement applies.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals. Refund eligibility for the active billing period depends on usage and applicable consumer law.

Where a digital service, license or integration is activated immediately, refund rights may be limited after activation or material use.

Custom integrations, enterprise onboarding and completed implementation work are reviewed according to the signed project scope.
